If the order you have placed is not in stock but we have confidence that we can source it for you, you will receive an email that states the approximate date on which the merchandise will be next available. Once we find the product, we will notify you within 12 hours via email.
Merchandise will ship out within the next business day (USA time) after payment is received.

After you have placed an email order with us, check your email within 24 hours for our order confirmation invoice.
Upon receipt of the order confirmation invoice, you will have 36 hours to make payment to our bank account UOB #115/172/500/2 . We reserve the right to put the item back for sale on the web site if payment is not received by the appointed time.
Once payment is received, we will ship out your merchandise within the next business day. You will receive an email from us stating that the merchandise has been shipped and be given a tracking number to keep a tab on your purchase.
